We collect account details you provide (name, email), service configuration data (numbers, forwarding rules, extensions), and operations metadata (call timestamps, duration, and routing events). We also keep wallet and payment references needed for billing and audit requirements.

How We Use Data

Your data is used to deliver cloud telephony services, prevent abuse, maintain system integrity, process transactions, and provide support. We do not sell personal data.

Sharing and Processors

We share limited information with trusted infrastructure and payment providers when required to operate services (for example NOWPayments for crypto transactions). Only minimum necessary data is shared for each operation.

Retention and Deletion

We retain data for operational, accounting, fraud-prevention, and legal compliance purposes. You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable and allowed by law.

Security Measures

We use password hashing, authentication controls, encrypted transport, and application-level security protections including CSRF defenses. Access to internal systems is restricted and monitored.
